Deviations

Deviations, by far is the most incompetent and unprofessional business i had to deal with. The lack of professionalism shown by the two ladies who’s names i will not (purely out of respect) mention, was absolutely shocking. They have both refused to provide a service for me only because i have medical condition which is quite common ( type 1 diabetes) , a medical condition that i had all of my life (again a basic question the manager has failed to ask) The irony is that i was 100% precent honest with the manager and tried to reassure that i am completely healthy and the chances of anything happening are very slim. I mean i could’ve kept my mouth shut but in a service such as that, a mutual understanding between a potential customer and the staff/manager is the key to operating a business smoothly and successfully, isn’t it? Yet the manager has failed to ask the most basic questions.

As i walked in the door the first aid kit was scattered all over the bench. A clear sign that the staff lacks discipline.
When asked for a bottle of water there was a refusal (covid 19 ) was the excuse , and yet when i asked if i could use the bathroom ( to drink some water from the tap, again I did give a hint that I was thirsty ) there was no problem. Water was only provided upon mentioning that i had a condition.
i went outside for a cigarette , it was quite cold, i wasn’t dressed too warm .And we all handle the cold differently. Went back inside shivering a bit (that would be clearly obvious as to why ) hands quite cold (again same reason) The manager being concerned that i look cold , has failed to even take my temperature but rather just felt my forehead and ‘assumed’ im sick (mind you i wore no hat and it was quite cold outside) ( i looked at the first aid kit and no thermometer was seen , strange isn’t it ? Among such a chaotic pandemic you’d think the thermometer would be an essential tool to have by the side at all times , and checking a customers temperature upon entering the building would be a basic task, yet again no such procedure has been performed. Upon arrival, not a single question regarding Covid 19 has been asked. I’m sure by now such procedures should be mandatory and common .Especially when you are operating a business that focuses on HUMAN CONTACT. Hospitality in General was absolutely disgusting , the only reason it was shown to me is purely because I’m a diabetic.
Workers , they seemed absolutely worn out and have shown no interest in me from the get go ( prior to knowing my condition). Why ? i would like to know why i was treated like i did by the girls.

Either way , this is not some personal grudge because i didn’t get what i wanted. But rather an honest review about my first ever experience at such establishment. I believe place such as Deviations should no be operating. Mainly for such complete disregard of patrons safety. Lack of discipline, lack of basic hospitaility, all the skills that a manager must have ,.have been shown on a bare minimum level.
And on a final note I strongly believe such services are quite essential and play an important role in our society regardless of negative opinions of such industry. It can play a very important part in an individuals phycological state , as well as being able to improve a couples relationship. Sex in general is an essential part of human nature. I think there needs to be more investments into the industry itself. Such services have existed for centuries. But this particular establishment barely fits the criteria , its a shame and quite embarrassing to see lack of care for the business itself.
